rude staff barging room service
the rooftop pool and bar were acceptable.
The gym had children running around. i also found the staff very rude when they called at noon asking why i had not checked out. They hung up on me after i mentioned late checkout. the room service barged in shortly after

i loved the convenient location near everything. the front desk helped us store our bags! plus, they arranged a taxi to the airport for us. i also appreciated the buffet breakfast because it had a nice view!
the street outside was crowded, so transportation to some attractions was challenging!

The room included comfy beds and soundproof windows. I couldn't hear any traffic despite being in such a busy area! the spacious bathroom was a great plus too, and i loved that it was very clean.

the front desk was helpful, and the staff were genuinely cute. they were always ready to assist with a smile. it seemed like they were really good too ensure my needs were met.

clean rooms convenient transport quiet atmosphere
The hotel rooms were very clean, I found that I could relax easily. The transport system was close by. Despite being in a busy area, my room was quiet. I slept well each night.
The rooftop pool had limited capacity. Only four sun loungers were available.

faulty tv unreliable internet
the location suited my needs, being in the heart of chinatown. i found it easy to access various food options.
The room felt outdated. The tv was not functional. also the internet access was unreliable, a real pain when i needed to stay connected.

Convenient Chinatown Stay
city views convenient location helpful staff
The rooftop pool has amazing city views. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located just two doors down from the hotel. The front desk staff helped me get a taxi to the airport, which I appreciated. They also have a storage room where guests can leave their bags.
I noticed a few doors beeping in the hallway at night due to being not fully closed.

The buffet breakfast has many choices and also a nice view. I especially liked the pastries. (The coffee was also good!) The breakfast area is spacious and well-kept.

The front desk was very helpful . Staff allowed me to leave bags in the storage room before my onward journey. They assisted with taxi arrangements to the airport.
